Diesel oil is any kind of fuel that can burn in a diesel or high compression engine likewise Pyrolysis Oil (Tyre Oil) commonly known as Light Diesel oil is a Diesel Fuel that can run engines of that nature but only on those that have rpm less than 750.
HSD(High Speed Diesel) is the typical diesel that we use on a daily basis, this cannot be completely replaced by Pyrolysis Oil (Tyre Oil) since locomotives and other high speed engines need HSD to operate. But as environment conscious beings we can replace HSD by Pyrolysis Oil (Tyre Oil) in the following applications.
